The School Meals and Summer EBT Application for the 2025-2026 school year is now available.

You must reapply to continue receiving last year’s benefits.

If you received a Direct Certification Letter in August, you do not need to apply.

If you receive SNAP but did not get a Direct Certification Letter, you must apply.

How to apply:
Log in to the Forms Library on the Genesis Parent Portal to indicate your intent to apply. You will then be directed to the online application at payschoolscentral.com. Paper applications in English and Spanish are available at the school's main office.

Important: You will be charged for your child(ren)’s meals if you do not apply or do not qualify based on income or eligibility.

The 30-day carryover grace period ends Thursday, October 16, 2025.

Meet Anthony Cirella

Manager of Operations & Maintenance | TUPS 

 

Anthony Cirella serves as the Manager of Operations & Maintenance for the Township of Union Public Schools. He leads the district’s facilities and maintenance operations, overseeing the upkeep, safety, and infrastructure of school buildings, grounds, and related systems.

Anthony also serves as the district’s designated ADA/Facility Coordinator, IPM (Integrated Pest Management) Coordinator, and  AHERA (Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act) compliance officer.  With his work, he ensures that school facilities adhere to health, safety, regulatory, and operational standards, providing an environment conducive to learning, growth, and community trust.
