The School Meals and Summer EBT Application for the 2025-2026 school year is now available.

You must reapply to continue receiving last year’s benefits.

If you received a Direct Certification Letter in August, you do not need to apply.

If you receive SNAP but did not get a Direct Certification Letter, you must apply.

How to apply:
Log in to the Forms Library on the Genesis Parent Portal to indicate your intent to apply. You will then be directed to the online application at payschoolscentral.com. Paper applications in English and Spanish are available at the school's main office.

Important: You will be charged for your child(ren)’s meals if you do not apply or do not qualify based on income or eligibility.

The 30-day carryover grace period ends Thursday, October 16, 2025.

Dear TUPS Community,

Thank you for your partnership in ensuring a smooth start to the school year. Your partnership makes all the difference as we work together to ensure every student feels safe, welcomed, and ready to succeed.

September is Attendance Awareness Month. This serves as a critical reminder that consistent, on-time attendance is a foundational habit for success.

To ensure our attendance records are accurate, please follow this procedure:

  • If your child is absent, report it by logging into the Genesis Parent Portal or by calling your school nurse directly.
Following this procedure will prevent you from receiving an automated absence notification through ParentSquare.

Please continue to check our district website, TUPS.org, and use the ParentSquare App for important updates and events.
