We are writing to share an important reminder about ParentSquare, the Township of Union Public Schools’ official communication platform. This is the system we use to send all district, school, and classroom information directly to families.

One of the greatest benefits of ParentSquare is that we have 100% contactability, meaning every family connected to our district receives important updates, announcements, and alerts in one central place. There is no need to sign up separately; your contact information is securely connected through our student information system.

Your login credentials are the same email address you used to register your student(s) in Genesis. If you used different email addresses for different children, you may need to have this updated so everything is connected to one account. Please contact your school’s main office for assistance with making any updates.

To ensure you receive messages in the way that works best for you, please take a moment to check your notification settings in ParentSquare. You can customize how and when you receive messages (email, text, app notifications, or a combination), so you never miss important information.

We strongly encourage all families to download the ParentSquare app and review their notification preferences to stay fully informed and engaged. If you choose not to download the app, you will still receive notifications via email and text message using the contact information you provided in the Genesis Student Information System, unless you have disabled notifications in ParentSquare or marked messages as spam.
